The restaurant La Fontanella Sistina, is located in the enchanting setting of the streets of Rome, a few steps from Piazza Barberini, in a strategic point to reach the major attractions offered by the capital.
Since 1977 the restaurant has been run by Gabriella and Roberto Pepi, who have dedicated attention and dedication to this activity with the aim of transmitting the values of the Italian culinary tradition to all customers.
In 2017 the management of the restaurant passed to Francesco, son of Gabriella and Roberto, particularly linked to the restaurant where he grew up observing and helping his parents.
From them he inherited the love and passion for this profession in which he has invested over the years: Francesco, in fact, is a maitre and great master, a reference point for employees and customers, with whom he manages to establish a certain empathy thanks to the knowledge of 6 languages.
